Staff Feedback and Input Design
There have been multiple times throughout my principal residency where I have gathered staff input on various staff development plans and protocols. The value added factor of gaining trust and appreciation while planning intentional material improved overall school culture and performance. This process is extremely important in becoming an effective leader with a culture of value when it comes to the views of staff.
